The recruitment process to the CUT Doctoral School will take place in three stages:
I stage – electronic registration;
II stage – submission of the required documents in the paper form;
III stage – qualification based on merit (examination, candidates’ interviews) in compliance with the CUT Doctoral School Recruitment Regulations, Art. 2 (5).

*Required documents pursuant to Art. 1(8) of the CUT Doctoral School Recruitment Regulations;
** Verification of the language proficiency through examination is not required of persons who commenced their studies in 2013 or later and English was included in their study programme curriculum, as well as when the required English proficiency level (B2) was specified in the academic transcript (studies commenced before 2013). It is also not required of candidates who hold a language certificate at level B2 or higher, English is their native tongue or was the language of instruction at their higher education study programme;
*** Documents in the paper form, pursuant to Art. 1(8) of the CUT Doctoral School Recruitment Regulations, are to be submitted on the day and at the place of the examination or the candidate’s interview (applies to candidates exempted from the examination) directly to the recruitment committee;
**** The original copy of the declaration is to be submitted at the CUT DS Office at the appointed date between 9:00 and 13:00;
***** The pledge is to be signed in person at the CUT DS Office at the appointed date between 9:00 and 13:00;

The University reserves the right to alter the time schedule in extraordinary situations occurring in the territory of the Republic of Poland and affecting the functioning of Cracow University of Technology.
